How Attry handles account data, mobile app events, attribution metadata, and analytics records.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Overview

Attry helps mobile app teams understand deep link clicks, installs, opens, app usage, campaigns, store signals, and revenue events.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit Attry, create a workspace, connect domains, use SDKs, or send events through the API.

Information we collect

Account data may include email address, name, OAuth profile information, login timestamps, workspace membership, and security records.

Workspace data may include organization names, app names, app store URLs, Play Store URLs, SDK keys, API keys, domains, deep links, campaign tags, and integration settings.

Attribution data may include link clicks, opens, installs, event names, event properties, revenue values, campaign metadata, device platform, operating system, browser, app version, country, region, city, IP-derived network context, user agent, referrer, and timestamps.

How we use information

We use information to provide the product, resolve deep links, match deferred installs, process SDK events, calculate analytics, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and support customers.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve performance, reliability, routing, reporting, and product design.

Cookies and sessions

Attry uses cookies or similar storage for login sessions, security, preferences, and product analytics.

Where required, customers are responsible for explaining their own app tracking, analytics, and attribution behavior to their end users.

Sharing

We do not sell customer event data. We may share information with infrastructure, email, authentication, analytics, payment, support, and security providers that help operate Attry.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, to prevent abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention

We retain account and workspace data while the workspace is active. Analytics events may be retained in raw or aggregated form according to product limits, backup schedules, and operational needs.

You can request deletion of your account or workspace data, subject to security, billing, legal, backup, and abuse-prevention retention requirements.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transport, secure credential handling, and infrastructure monitoring.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal data or sensitive event properties.

Your choices

You can update workspace settings, rotate keys, archive deep links, change domains, and request account deletion from the product or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain processing of personal data.
